Wacker will launch two new silicone base materials

At the forthcoming European Paint Exhibition (ESC 2023) this year, the Munich based Wacker Chemical Group will show two new silicone resin substrates to the industry: SILRES ®  M 51 E and SILRES ®  IC 900。 These two products are applicable to the production of high-temperature resistant industrial coatings: SILRES ®  M 51 E for water-based formulations; Methylphenyl silicone resin SILRES ®  IC 900 is used for high temperature resistant thick paste high solid content coatings. The paint, which is further processed with the two as the base materials, can be firmly attached to metal materials such as steel or aluminum after baking, and can withstand a temperature of about 600 ℃ after proper coloring. ECS 2023 will be held in Nuremberg, Germany, from March 28 to 30, 2023.
