Reaction properties:

   In the presence of water, CN-540 will hydrolyze the silicon hydroxyl groups that generate active waves,

forming bonds on the surface of various inorganic materials. It has organic amino groups that can react

with suitable organic polymers.

    Suitable inorganic materials like glass, fiberglass, glass wool, mineral wool, silica, sand, mica,

aluminum hydroxide, cristobalite, wollastonite, kaolin, talc, other silicate fillers, metal oxides and metals.

Storage conditions:

    Stored in the original unopened container at room temperature, this product has a shelf life of one year

 from the date of production, and expired products are tested.
    After passing, the buyer decides whether to continue to use it.

Use:

    CN-540 is an important component in many industrial products, such as:
    Glass fiber electronic cloth composite material: as a whole or as an infiltrant component.
    As a primer for glass and metal.
    Casting resin: as  an additive for phenolic resin and furan resin solidified by cooling.
    Sealant and  adhesive: used as primer or additive.
    Inorganic filled composites: pretreatment of fillers or pigments or as additives for polymers.
    Paints and coatings: as a primer or additive to improve the adhesion to the substrate.
